We have three committees that will be working on various aspects of building operating guidelines (please let us know if you would like to be on one of these):
The Candidate Selection Committee will coordinate the selection process. They will evaluate candidates, work with the person who nominated them, and assemble the information regarding the candidate, including their story, appropriate gifts, and other items to help assure a very successful event.
The Event Coordination Committee will work out the details of events. They will come up with ideas as to the how, when, and where of the presentations, who should be involved, and what gifts should be included. They will also do role playing to show people how to execute these ideas.
The Public Relations and Promotions Committee would focus on our connection with the community and media to promote interest in our club. Their job is to come up with ideas to get the word out and identify candidates and to notify media of our activities.
